A Holistic Approach to Skin Care

As our largest organ, our amazing skin is our first line of defense from the outside world. The skin protects us from microbes, the elements, helps regulate body temperature, and permits the sensations of touch, heat, and cold. 

It can also indicate when something is out of balance. It's affected by every aspect of your life, from what you eat & drink, your stress levels, to where you live. Healthy skin is better able to fight signs of aging, heals much faster and staves off potential disease better than unhealthy skin.

Our skin's health & appearance can be linked to our feelings of self-esteem.  We actually have a saying, "to be comfortable in one's own skin".  

And this is my goal for you: to be comfortable, in your own skin.
